cut the kids in half
ack! Why must i suffer from lack of decent recording equiptment?????????? all songwriters ought to have access to equiptment that does their music justice. i can't tell if my songwriting is lame or if it's my computer. i've spent so much damn time on this song and it sounds so flat. not off-pitch so much, just flat. EQ problems I guess? And i have no way to really edit that on ACID. DO NOT BUY ACID. If you want it for extremely casual entertainment purposes, then go for it, but not for anything remotely serious.
ACID=CRAP. C-R-A-P. Seemingly useful, but it's only a shallow deception.
I have wasted far too much time using it, thinking that i could achieve half-way decent results if i worked at it, but not--it is not a lack of effort or skill, it is a lack of a decent program. there are far too many problems that seem simple but end up being ridiculous and far too many features that it lack s that seem unneccesary until you want to actually make stuff -not- sound like you did it in your basement.
